Source of Funds

Transaction Monitoring

- Use of multiple accounts or identities
Reporting Obligations
We are required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. We may do so without notifying you if prohibited by law. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and may freeze accounts pending investigation.
Prohibited Users
The following persons are prohibited from using GlassHouse:
- Persons on international sanctions lists (OFAC, EU, UN)
- Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) without enhanced due diligence
- Residents of prohibited jurisdictions
- Persons previously banned for AML violations
Data Protection
All verification documents are handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorized compliance personnel.
Verification Timeline
Standard verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours. Complex cases may take longer. During verification, withdrawals may be delayed. We will notify you of any issues with your submitted documents.
